Following the recent cases of e-coli linked to a handful of farm animal attractions in the UK, the BugWorld Experience would like to assure all visitors that we always practice the highest standards of hygiene to ensure the safety of our bugs and to minimise any chance of cross-contamination. This policy is in the interest of our bugs as much as for our human visitors!
All of our animal handling is fully supervised by qualified staff and it is compulsory for visitors to sanitise their hands before and after handling any animals, using an approved product which kills the e-coli bacteria amongst other things.
If you’re unsure about anything, our knowledgeable staff are on hand at all times to answer your questions and assist you.
