Admission is by ticket only. All visitors must bear a valid ticket. Tickets are valid on the date stated on the ticket only. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold. No cash alternatives will be offered.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult unless pre-arranged with the BugWorld Experience Ltd.
The BugWorld Experience® reserves the right to operate a timed ticket system during busy periods. If an entry time is stated on your ticket, that is the time that you are authorised to join the queue for admissions, not the guaranteed time of entry.
The BugWorld Experience Ltd. reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and / or alter all or any part of the attraction for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons, including over-capacity.
