Hi Everyone
Things have finally settled down after the hectic week leading up to halloween. Some good news is that our thorny stick insects have had babies. The female stick insects laid the eggs around July so we had to wait patiently for these to hatch. It can take up to 6 months for the eggs to hatch depending on the conditions.
Up to now 3 nymphs have hatched but We are sure there are many more to come.
The lined mantis that we have had since they were tiny are growing really fast and they have now been moved into bigger homes. Also the 5 rhino beetles have been moved into a larger enclosure.
Wiggles and giggles
Jeff
